Located in the South Hall, Level 3, #339424, our booth is designed to provide a comprehensive look at cutting-edge technology. We’re showcasing state-of-the-art machines, including the compact yet powerful BTD-110S.R16 Horizontal Boring Mill, the precision-focused UVM-450D(H) High Precision Machining Center, and the versatile TUE-200(S) Vertical Boring and Turning Mill. 

A key highlight is our IIoT solution, machiNetCloud—a powerful platform that provides seamless connectivity across your manufacturing assets, enabling real-time analytics and a comprehensive digital overview of operations. Additionally, our Digital Twin technology, coupled with VR goggles, offers an immersive experience into the future of remote monitoring and machine optimization. 

Our partnership with Metrology Resource Group and Renishaw has brought a new level of precision to our machines which will be on full display at IMTS. The integration of advanced probing technology, including the Renishaw RMP-60 inspection probe system and the HPMA motorized tool setting solution, has demonstrated how automation can significantly reduce downtime and improve accuracy in complex machining tasks. Shibaura Machine will demonstrate the TUE-200(S) and BTD-110S.R16 machines with these technologies.
