So while our state-of-the-art machine tool manufacturing facilities are located in Japan, our North American customers can always count on critical replacement parts to be in stock at our American headquarters in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.

In order to ensure customers see the maximum return on investment of their machine tool, we are committed to getting you the right part when you need it. This means keeping a team of experienced parts professionals asking the right questions to foresee any other underlying issues and quickly identifying the correct part your machine needs. 

With an extensive in-house parts inventory and a large network of secondary local suppliers, our team is able to fill replacement needs easily. Our convenient location near Chicago O’Hare airport means customers can also rest easy knowing that their order is filled quickly, often next-day or same-day shipment is available.

Beyond quick part delivery, we also want to help our customers keep part costs down. The Parts Exchange Program allows for certain electronic parts outside of warranty to be returned or exchanged for up to 50% of their current cost in many cases.
