The Customer Portal brings secure web and mobile applications for reviewing key performance indicators (KPI) safely to show the operating status of a factory, even in remote locations. Customers and authorized technicians can remotely access the HMI of machine controls for remote troubleshooting and operational data of any connected equipment in the cell, which is stored and analyzed on the cloud. Alerts notify both third-party technicians and internal users via email or SMS regarding operational setpoint deviations, production alerts, machine alarms, maintenance reminders, and more. This proactive “remote-enabled” service approach leads to reduced downtime and maintenance costs.
The machiNetCloud solution also provides a Downtime Tracking app which allows customers to easily capture and analyze machine downtime automatically from the machine.
