When people think of aerospace manufacturing, they usually think of airplanes. However, the industry's fastest-growing machining demand is not coming from airframes. It is coming from Satellite launch vehicles.

Orbital launch activity set records in 2025 and is climbing again in 2026, satellites are currently being deployed by the hundreds with even more launches in the future as launch providers are running production programs rather than one-off builds.
